This all-black vehicle is a special edition of the Rayfield Caliburn, a 7-year-old hypercar made in the UK and brought to the Night City, US.

With RTX 2070s and "Ultra" graphic preset at 4K I've had a solid and famous 1FPS experience during the photoshoot.
